- Approximately 15 college-aged individuals from Andover were playing basketball at the high school courts. Police asked them to leave and they complied. (1:37pm)
- A caller reported gridlocked traffic in Concord Street area due to Christmas lights. (4:35pm)
- Several vehicles struck a large metal toolbox in the roadway on Woburn Street. Driver of truck from which the toolbox fell was cited. He picked up all the debris. (5:30pm)
- A caller reported vehicles are traveling into oncoming traffic due to backup from Christmas lights in Concord Street area. Accidents almost occurred. (6:11pm)
- A caller stated vehicles were stopping on the train tracks in the lie of cars waiting to see the Christmas lights on Concord Street. (6:53pm)
- Dayo Oduntan (38, Woburn) was issued a summons for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle. (7:12pm)
- Police pulled over an erratic driver with heavy front end damage on Park Street. Police received several calls about driver while on 93. Part of a guard rail was wedged into the front of the vehicle. Fire Department called in as vehicle was smoking. Operator was transported to hospital. Vehicle towed. (10:12pm)
