POLICE LOG for December 4: Wilmington Woman Arrested For OUI; Christmas Lights Display Causing Traffic Backup

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Friday, December 4, 2020:
  • Police notified DPW that 35 MPH speed limit sign on Hopkins Street was missing. (2:50am)
  • A caller stated a dark was left in vehicle for past half hour in Lucci’s parking lot. Animal Control Officer followed up with dog owner at residence and advised them of complaint. (11:08am)
  • Police received accidental 911 call from Middlesex Avenue. Woman was trying to turn off her iWatch and kept calling 911 by mistake. (2:48pm)
  • A Concord Street caller reported traffic was backed up due to Christmas lights with vehicles not clearing the train tracks. Police responded. No vehicles on track, but remained in area for traffic control. (8:16pm)
  • Patricia A. Cucinotta (68, Wilmington) was arrested for OUI Liquor. A caller reported his neighbor hit his son’s car and then went back into her house. Caller believes she may be impaired. (8:37pm)
