POLICE LOG for November 23: Driver Issued Summons; Passenger Arrested On Warrant After Deer Collision; Street Flooding

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Monday, November 23, 2020:
  • Police notified Mass Highway of graffiti on the “Enter Here Sign” near the 93 Northbound ramp on Concord Street. (2:05am)
  • Police notified DPW of heavy flooding on Eleanor Drive. Storm drains need to be cleared out. (10:49am)
  • Guillermo Rafael Sanchez Jr. (22, Wilmington) was issued a summons for Failure To Stop/Yield, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, and Uninsured Motor Vehicle. (7:24pm)
  • Police closed Hillside Way due to a large tree branch hanging in the roadway. RMLD ad Verizon notified. (8:25pm)
  • A car struck a deer on 93 South. Airbag deployed. Passenger was taken into custody by State Police due to a warrant. State Police handled scene. (10:51pm)
