POLICE LOG for November 21: Driver Issued Summons; Drivers Cited; Car vs. Garage Door

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Saturday, November 21, 2020:
  • Police came across a vehicle on Church Street, near the Public Safety Building. Vehicle was out of gas. Vehicle twas towed. Operator was given a written warning for unlicensed operation. (2:12am)
  • Joel Pablo Valcin (32, Cambridge) was issued a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License and Marked Lanes Violation. Valcin was pulled over on 93 South, Exit 38. (2:15am)
  • Police assisted the Fire Department with a brush fire on Boutwell Street. (7:10am)
  • A resident reported hearing a hissing sound coming from a fire hydrant on Lawrence Street. Water Department notified. (10:45am)
  • Car crashed into garage door on Andover Street. No injuries noted. (11:58am)
  • A Pilling Road caller reported saw horses were taken from their garage over the past 48 hours. (3:16pm)
  • A caller reported a vehicle struck his car on the sidewalk on Lawrence Street and took off. Driver cited for impeded operation. (10:35pm)
