WILMINGTON, MA — A new sex offender for Wilmington was added to the state’s Sex Offender Registry last week.
Mark Thomas Baier was convicted on one count of attempt to rape and abuse of child on January 1, 2019.
He is classified as a Level 2 Sex Offender. “Level 2” indicates a moderate risk of re-offending and poses a moderate degree of danger to the public.
Baier is a 58-year-old white male. He’s 5’6″, 180 lbs, with hazel eyes and partially gray hair.
He lives in Mildford, but works at 90 Industrial Way in Wilmington.
