WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington’s favorite a cappella group — Ball In The House — recently recorded a concert at WCTV studios. With the COVID-19 cancellations of March-A-Pella in the spring and Concerts on the Common in the summer, this is the group’s only public 2020 performance in town.
Ball in the House, a Boston-based R&B/Soul/Pop a cappella group with Wilmington ties, has performed all over the world and opened for some huge acts, including The Beach Boys, The Jonas Brothers, The Temptations, Gladys Knight, Lionel Richie, and Jessica Simpson. The group, which has appeared on America’s Got Talent and The TODAY Show, headlined the 2018 China International Chorus Festival in Beijing and won the 2016 Boston Harmony Sweepstakes.
