POLICE LOG for October 17: Issues With Parents & COVID-19 Protocols At Ristuccia Arena; More Stolen Lawn Signs Recovered

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Saturday, October 17, 2020:
  • Police returned lost Apple watch to owner. Watch was found at Yentile Farm. (8:49am)
  • An employee at Ristuccia Arena reported that parents were yelling and swearing at him due to no spectators allowed during ice time. Parents left by the time police arrived. (9:52am)
  • A caller reported a parent just walked into the arena after being told he is not allowed to enter due to COVID-19. Police responded. Parent agreed to wait outside. (11:09am)
  • A Park Street caller reported approximately 20 stolen lawn signs were placed on his property. A similar incident occurred on October 3. Police retrieved signs. (11:45pm)
