POLICE LOG for September 8: Man Arrested For Attempting To Steal FedEx Packages; Driver Issued Summons; Ring Found At Market Basket

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Tuesday, September 8, 2020:
  • Braulio Jose Maldonado (56, Lawrence) was issued a summons for Failure To Stop/Yield and Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle. (6:10am)
  • A large construction truck attempted to drive over the Butters Row Bridge. Police advised operator. (7:49am)
  • A caller reported a mattress and boxspring were dumped in the wooded area on Palmer Way. (1:30pm)
  • Aliaksandr Tsimafeyenka (48, Waltham) was arrested for Attempted Larceny By Single Scheme and Uttering A False Document. A caller reported a man was attempting to pick up passages by presenting a false letter at the FedEx Warehouse on Ballardvale Street. (2:05pm)
  • A silver diamond band was found in the Market Basket parking lot and turned in at the police station. (9:25pm)
