POLICE LOG for September 5: OUI Arrest; Driver Issued Summons; Bike Stolen; Fire Hydrant Knocked Off

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Saturday, September 5, 2020:
  • Charles William Fox (37, Burlington) was issued a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License. Fox was pulled over on Main Street. (12:54am)
  • Michael Hunt Boettger (24, Cambridge) was arrested for OUI Liquor (2nd Offense); Unlicensed Operation Of Motor Vehicle; and Possessing An Open Container Of Alcohol In Motor Vehicle. (2:40am)
  • A bicycle was reported stolen from Middlesex Avenue. (9:08am)
  • A caller reported he struck and knocked over a fire hydrant while operating a UHaul moving truck on Middlesex Avenue. (9:12am)
  • A caller reported extra traffic patrols on nights and weekends for Shawsheen Avenue. (4:47pm)
  • A juvenile walked away from the Milestone Group Home on High Street. Teen’s information was entered into NCIC. (5:21pm)
  • During a check of Town Hall, police came across a suspicious man. Man was checked OK. He was playing Pokemon Go. (11:02pm)
