POLICE LOG for September 3: Billerica Man Arrested For OUI; Driver Issued Summons After Crashing Into Pole; Motorcycle Crash

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, September 3, 2020:
  • Nathan M. George (31, Billerica) was arrested for OUI Liquor, Negligent Operation Of Motor Vehicle, Marked Lanes Violation, and Failure To Stop/Yield. George was pulled over at Shawsheen Avenue and Melody Lane. (2:23am)
  • Motorcycle crash on Lowell Street near 93 North Exit 38 ramp. Driver refused medical attention. He had some road rash and damage to motorcycle after skidding out. (8:35am)
  • A caller reported a woman was yelling and swearing outside the Dunkin’ on Middlesex Avenue. Police responded. Woman checked OK — she was upset after failing license test and was waiting for an Uber. (1:20pm)
  • Kevin J. Duggan (39, Methuen) was issued a summons for Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle, Marked Lanes Violation, Texting While Operating A Motor Vehicle, and Speeding. Duggan struck multiple mailboxes and a pole on West Street. (6:56pm)
