WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Memorial Library and Wilmington Community Television partnered last week to sponsor a presentation on “Five Wishes.”
Five Wishes is unique among all other living will and health agent forms because it speaks to all of a person’s needs: medical, personal, emotional and spiritual. Five Wishes helps guide and structure discussions with your family and physician, making conversations easier.
The presentation was made by Dr. Susan Carroccino, who is a practicing nurse for Winchester Hospital Urgent Care and instructor at Merrimack College.
The presentation was made possible by federal funds provided by the Institute of Museum and Library Services and administered by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
