- A caller reported loud music being played in the woods on Ballardvale Street. Employees at Monogram Foods were playing music on their break. They were advised and headed back into work. (3:43am)
- A caller reported multiple vehicles speeding up and down on Marion Street. (8:34am)
- A Dorchester Street caller reported a sick groundhog in her yard. (9:05am)
- A Sandy Lane homeowner reported their license plate was stolen on July 28. (10:26am)
- Police came across a smashed window of a Hertz rental van on Fordham Road. Amazon employees to follow up. (11:25am)
- During a check of Town Beach, police advised and moved along teenagers who were swimming. (1:26pm)
- Joseph E. Roux (40, North Billerica) was issued a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With Revoked Registration and Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Roux was involved in a road rage incident at Salem Street and Arlene Avenue. (2:34pm)
- Police notified DPW that a tree has fallen onto a veteran memorial on Lowell Street. (5:17pm)
- A caller stated he dropped his wallet as Sonny’s Mobil on the Run. He returned and the wallet was gone. Police viewed the gas station’s cameras and identified the individual who picked up the wallet. Police spoke with the individual, who said he dropped the wallet in the mailbox in front of the police station. Individual also said he took $81 out of the wallet as a “reward.” Reporting party did not post any reward and would like his $81 back. Police retrieved the $81 from the individual and returned it to the reporting party. (5:55pm)
- Police assisted Fire Department with a car fire on 93 North past Exit 40. (9:48pm)
