POLICE LOG for July 26: Kids Playing In Stranger’s Yard?; Driver Warned For Not Yielding For Emergency Vehicle

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Sunday, July 26, 2020:
  • Police notified owner their vehicle parked on the corner of Middlesex Avenue was creating a traffic hazard. (2:14pm)
  • Police issued a verbal warning for failure to yield for an emergency vehicle at Church Street and Adelaide Street. (7:48pm)
  • A Forest Street resident reported 5-6 kids were in his yard and took off running when he came out on his porch. Nothing appeared to be taken or damaged. Police were unable to locate the kids in question. (9:19pm)
  • Police notified DPW of dumped tires and chairs on Blanchard Road. (9:41pm)
