WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington’s 2020 Town Meeting was unlike any event the town had organized before. WCTV’s Tom Pazyra and Adam Dusenberry produced this behind-the-scenes glimpse at the whole process — from running electricity and setting up the big top, to airing the program live on television.
