WILMINGTON, MA — Easily the safest alternative to cast your ballot in the fall elections is to apply for a Vote by Mail Ballot.
The link to the form can be found HERE.
Download and complete the form, including your signature, and either scan it and email it back to townclerk@wilmingtonma.gov or mail it to Office of the Town Clerk, 121 Glen Road, Wilmington MA 01887. You can also drop it into the secure drop box near the front door of Town Hall.

Here is what the mail-in ballots will look like for the State Primary on September 1.
- Republican Specimen Ballot Precincts 1,2,4,5,6 and Precinct 3
- Democratic Specimen Ballot Precincts 1,2,4,5,6 and Precinct 3
- Green-Rainbow Specimen Ballot Precincts 1,2,4,5,6 and Precinct 3
- Libertarian Specimen Ballot Precincts 1,2,4,5,6 and Precinct 3
