POLICE LOG for June 21: Driver Issued Summons; Drag Racer Pulled Over On Highway; Starbucks Traffic

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Sunday, June 21, 2020:
  • Wilmington Police assisted State Police with pulling over drag racer on 93 North. (2:03am)
  • Manager from Savers called to complain about traffic from Starbucks. Police responded to assist with traffic. (10:10am)
  • A caller reported man playing music outside Market Basket and soliciting money with two young children with him. Police responded. Situation checked OK. Man’s wife was watching children. Man has permission from store management. (1:43pm)
  • Anica S. Moroney (40, Wilmington) was issued a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License. Moroney was pulled over after driving erratically. Erratic driving was due to a flat tire. (5:08pm)
