POLICE LOG for June 14: Window Smashed & Purse Stolen From Vehicle; Vehicle Crashes Into Guardrail On 93

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Sunday, June 14, 2020:
  • Police and Fire Department notified of a brush fire on the tracks near the MBTA Parking Lot on Main Street. (9:34am)
  • A caller reported damage to her father’s Salem Street apartment. (10:02am)
  • A vehicle struck a guardrail on 93 South, prior to Exit 38. No injuries. Vehicle towed. State Police handled scene. (10:33am)
  • Police investigated report of animals being shot with a gun on Somerville Avenue. (12:11pm)
  • A window was smashed and a purse was taken from a white 2019 Honda Pilot on Main Street. (8:00pm)
  • Police received report of a minor receiving inappropriate photographs. (11:06pm)
