POLICE LOG for June 8: Social Media Threats; Customer Banned From Cumberland Farms; Alzheimer Patient Located

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Monday, June 8, 2020:
  • A Nassau Avenue caller reported an unemployment scam. (12:16pm)
  • DPW vehicle was involved in a minor car accident near the library. (1:04pm)
  • District manager at Cumberland Farms is looking for assistance in trespassing customer that is bothering employees. Police offered assistance. (5:42pm)
  • A Lake Street caller reported receiving threats on social media. (6:38pm)
  • A Palmer Way resident reported he and his were attacked by a neighbor’s dog. (7:28pm)
  • Tewksbury Police reported an Alzheimer patient walked away from facility near Wilmington line. Tewksbury eventually located patient. (7:37pm)
  • Fire Department responded to a microwave fire on Treasure Hill Road. (8:33pm)
