POLICE LOG for June 4: Rock Through Window; Turtle Troubles; Skate Park Enforcement

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, June 4, 2020:
  • Wilmington Police assisted Tewksbury Police with a search of a female at Motel 6. (1:05am)
  • A Chestnut Street resident reported a rock was possibly thrown through one of his house’s windows. (8:40am)
  • Police received report of a man yelling at traffic and recording vehicles at Main Street and Church Street. Police were unable to locate. (9:05am)
  • A caller reported a Shawsheen Avenue neighbor has had a refrigerator out on a sidewalk for over a week, obstructing her view when leaving her driveway. (10:10am)
  • Animal Control Officer moved large turtle from roadway on Adelaide Street. (10:14am)
  • A Fairmont Avenue caller reported a turtle under her vehicle for the past couple of hours. Animal Control Officer was able to move turtle from under vehicle. (11:26am)
  • Teens notified group of teens from Billerica that skate park is closed. Sent on their way. (5:15pm)
  • Mill Road caller reported 8-9 youths have been exiting the woods in his yard for the past 2 weeks, being loud and littering, with vehicles turning around in her driveway. (11:14pm)
