WILMINGTON, MA — Need some reading material? The WML will begin curbside pickup beginning Tuesday, May 26. Please note that pickup is only available for items currently in the WML’s collection.
Itching to read Little Fires Everywhere or The Great Alone? If you know the specific items you want from our collection, please place a hold in our catalog at wilmlibrary.org.
Need a whodunnit or a beachy romance? Staff are happy to select titles for you from our shelves! Please visit our website to fill out the WML to Go form with your preferences.
In both cases, staff will be in touch by phone or email when your items are ready to be picked up. When you arrive at the library, call the main number at 978-658-2967. Staff will bring your items to your car and place them in the trunk.
Please do not return items at this time. Due dates for previously checked out items have been extended to June 12. Happy reading!

Dr. Andrew E. Budson, Professor of Neurology at BU, lecturer at Harvard, Chief of Cognitive Neurology at the Boston VA, and Medical Director of the Boston Center for Memory will explain how individuals can distinguish changes in memory due to Alzheimer’s versus normal aging; what medications, vitamins, diets, and exercise regimes can help; and the best habits, strategies, and memory aids to use, in seven simple steps.
History of Friendly’s Ice Cream

A slide presentation tour of chef and gardener Liz Barbour’s cottage-sized edible gardens followed by a demonstration of two delicious recipes featuring edible flowers.
How to Bake Sourdough
Tuesday, June 9 at 7 pm
Join Library Associate and home baker Lisa Crispin for a program on all things sourdough! We’ll discuss equipment you need to get started, feeding and maintaining your starter, and great resources for recipes and troubleshooting. Lisa will show her dough at various stages and helpful tips for the perfect loaf.
Author Talk with Liv Constantine
Thursday, June 11 at 7 pm
Liv Constantine is the pen name of USA Today and Wall Street Journal bestselling authors and sisters Lynne and Valerie Constantine. Their debut thriller, The Last Mrs. Parrish , was a Reese Witherspoon book club selection, a People Magazine book of the week, a Target book club selection, and is in development for television. Their second book, The Last Time I Saw You, was published by HarperCollins in 2019 and has been optioned for film. Lynne and Valerie are national and international bestselling authors with books available in over 31 countries. The Wife Stalker ( Harper, May 19, 2020) is their third novel.

During a Zoom meeting, we’ll discuss the book, catch up on how you’re doing, and talk about what other great reads we’ll tackle virtually this summer! Grades 5 – 7
Online LEGO Club
Thursday, June 4 at 4 pm
Build LEGOs (or whatever building materials you have at your house) at the same time as other LEGO fans online. At the end, you can share what you made during the time, and show one other item that you may have already built at home. Ages 5+.
Pride Month Quaranteen Read
Tuesday, June 9 at 7 pm
Stay connected with other teens and celebrate Pride Month by reading Queer, There, and Everywhere: 23 People Who Changed the World by Sarah Prager, illustrated by Zoe More O’Ferrall, via Hoopla! During this Zoom meeting, we’ll discuss the book, catch up, and talk about what we’ll ask Sarah after her presentation on June 16th! Grades 7 – 12.
