Below is an announcement from the Friendship Lodge. Photos from Dick Searfoss:

WILMINGTON, MA — Friendship Lodge, a Masonic lodge in Wilmington, has been installing, on loan, wheelchair ramps for those in need in the greater Wilmington area for the past 18 years.

Friendship Lodge installs the ramps on loan, for free, on a case-by-case basis and removes the ramps when they are no longer needed.

The Lodge currently owns over 50 ramps, almost all of which are out on loan.

All the ramps come to the Lodge from donations of people who no longer need them.

If you have a ramp you want to donate, please contact the Lodge. The ramp crew will come disassemble and remove the ramp for you.

Friendship Lodge also loans out hospital equipment, for free, such a hospital beds, wheelchairs, shower chairs, porta potties, etc.

If you are in need of a wheelchair ramp or hospital equipment, call the Friendship Lodge at 978-658-6731 and leave a message. They will get back to you.
