Wilmington Veterans Department Encourages Residents To Decorate Their Front Doors Ahead Of Memorial Day

Below is an announcement form the Wilmington Department of Veterans Services:

WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Department of Veterans Services would like to encourage residents to decorate their front doors with a patriotic theme to remember the men and women who died while serving in the military. (Please avoid using the term “Happy Memorial Day.”)

The Wilmington Apple will be helping keep track of where the doors are located so that residents may enjoy them.

Photos of the doors may be sent to wilmingtondoorproject2020@gmail.com and will be uploaded to the Wilmington MA Veterans Services Facebook Page.
