BURLINGTON — Chief Michael Kent reports that the Burlington Police Department has safely located a juvenile resident who had been missing since Sunday afternoon.
The 12-year-old female went missing from Burlington Sunday. She was found safe by a North Eastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (NEMLEC) K9 unit.
The Tewksbury and Wilmington Police Departments and the Massachusetts State Police Air Wing contributed to the search.
The Burlington Police Department has no reason to believe that any foul play was involved.
