- Peter Mark Tenaglia, Jr. (23, Lowell) was issued a summons for Leaving Scene Of Property Damage and No or Expired Inspection Sticker. Police came across a vehicle with damage and airbag deployment, but no one inside or around, on Aldrich Road. A Verizon pole was damaged. Tewksbury K9 called in. Police was able to ping Tenaglia’s phone to Ballardvale area. Vehicle towed. (1:04am)
- Joshua T. Kerwin (41, Haverhill) was issued a summons for larceny under $1,200. Kerwin was allegedly scrapping metal from a dumpster on Ballardvale Street. Police made Kerwin place items back into dumpster. (3:09am)
- Employee at Cumberland Farm reported a woman was possibly intoxicated inside the store. Police drove woman to station to make phone calls. (3:48am)
- During a check of the school bus lot on Lowell Street, one bus door was left open, but police secured. Nothing else out of the ordinary. (12:39pm)
