POLICE LOG for April 2: Bad Crash On Glen Road; Suspicious Behavior

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, April 2, 2020:
  • Police came across a vehicle stopped in the travel lane on Veranda Avenue. Operator was looking at this GPS. (12:39am)
  • Animal Control Office removed a deceased beaver from Salem Street. (7:29am)
  • Police were flagged down near Market Basket regarding an erratic operator. Police spoke with operator, who said he’d be more aware of his driving. (9:30am)
  • A 2-vehicle crash occurred at Glen Road and Brattle Street. No injuries noted. Street closed at Town Hall. Both vehicles towed. (5:27pm)
  • A Cottonwood Circle caller reported a vehicle driving slowly and erratically in the neighborhood appears to be occupied by two underage juveniles. Police responded. Vehicle gone upon arrival. (5:41pm)
