An Important Reminder From Wilmington’s DPW About Doing Your Business

Below is a timely reminder from Wilmington’s Department of Public Works that Wilmington Apple was asked to share:

WILMINGTON, MA — Tissues, napkins, paper towels, and “flushable wipes” are NOT flushable. Flushing anything but toilet paper down the toilet can cause damage to the municipal sewer system and also cause sewer backups into your home and neighborhood.
