WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington Memorial Library’s Assistant Director Charlotte Wood and Children’s Librarian Barbara Raab recently sat down with WCTV’s Ryan Malyar to discuss Wilmington’s Earth Year, which is is a year-long series of programs launching this April aimed at raising awareness of environmental issues.
From April 2020 to April 2021, the Library will host at least two programs a month focusing on the environment. The upcoming spring programs focus on fostering an appreciation of nature and provide opportunities to make a difference on a personal and local level.
The Friends of the Library 2019 Annual Appeal funded this initiative.
