Below is a letter from Wilmington Community Television Board of Directors President Steve Sabounjian:
Attention All WCTV Members,
Due to the coronavirus outbreak and recent State of Emergency declared by Governor Baker for Massachusetts, the Board of Directors of WCTV have determined that the WCTV Membership meeting that was to be held on Wednesday, March 25th is cancelled.
The election for the Board of Directors will still take place at WCTV on Monday, March 23rd and Tuesday, March 24th during normal business hours. We encourage all members to pay a brief visit to complete a ballot and receive the minutes from the 2019 Membership Meeting.
Ballots will be tabulated the evening of March 24th and an announcement will be posted on the WCTV website and other media outlets as to the results of the ballot.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, our valued members. We look forward to having all members vote for the 2020 Board of Directors.
Our annual Golden Apple Awards have been postponed. We look forward to rescheduling this event to honor the creative contributions of our members and to thank them for their dedication, skills and commitment to WCTV.
