POLICE LOG for March 10: Wilmington Driver Issued Summons; Furniture & Christmas Tree Left In Middle Of Street

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Tuesday, March 10, 2020:
  • Police came across a couch, chairs, table and Christmas tree in the middle of the road on Ballardvale Street. Officers moved to side of road and requested DPW for pickup. (5:52am)
  • Amanda L. Taylor (29, Wilmington) was issued a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License and No Or Expired Inspection Sticker. Taylor was pulled over on Middlesex Avenue. (10:55am)
  • A Rollins Road resident requested enforcement in the area of Marion Street due to cars operating at excessive speeds during the morning commute. (12:05pm)
  • Police assisted Fire Department with a fire in the backyard of a home on Marie Drive. (3:48pm)
