#1) Wilmington Veterans Benefits Night
The Wilmington Department of Veterans Services invites all Wilmington veterans – and their families – to a Benefits Night on Thursday, March 5, 2020, from 4pm to 7pm, at the Masonic Friendship Lodge (32 Church Street).There will be representatives from local service organizations who will be able to inform veterans about benefits that may be available to them.
Seth Bai, Director of Veterans Services in Newton, will be the evening’s guest speaker.
#2) Wilmington Finance Committee Meeting
The Wilmington Finance Committee meets at 7pm in High School’s Large Instruction Room. Read the agenda HERE.
#3) Senior Living Options At Wilmington Library
The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding a program on Senior Living Options at 7pm. If you’re beginning a search for a senior living community to care for an aging loved one, you may not be entirely clear about the options. Care levels, costs, and community can all differ from facility to facility. Kristen Woulfe from The Gables at Winchester has worked as a Marketing/Sales Director in the senior living field for nine years, with four different companies. #4) Pints & Pages Book Group Meeting
The Wilmington Memorial Library’s Pints & Pages Social Book Group for those in their 20’s and 30’s meets at 7pm to discuss “My Sister, The Serial Killer” at Oye’s in Reading. Register HERE.
#5) Tour Of Wilmington Town Museum
The Town Museum (430 Salem Street) is open from 10am to 2pm. Come explore Wilmington’s history. Free admission.
