#1) Wilmington Knights Of Columbus Annual Free Throw Contest
The Wilmington Knights of Columbus is holding its annual Free Throw Contest on Thursday, February 20, 2020, inside the Wilmington High School Gym.Registration begins at 6:30pm. The contest starts at 7:30pm. #3) Ragtime & Beyond Concert At Wilmington Library
The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding a special concert at 2:30pm. Pianist & Composer Deborrah Wyndham will present a variety of music on the piano in this program with ragtime music as the highlight. Ragtime, whose initial era of popularity began in the early 1890s and ended around 1915, is known as our nation’s first American “pop” music. This program includes the original works of Scott Joplin and other ragtime composers plus boogie woogie, novelty rags and more. Register HERE.
#4) Acting Workshop For Teens At Wilmington Library
The Wilmington Memorial Library is holding an Acting Workshop for Teens at noon. If you’re looking for an acting workshop with laughter, fun, and improv, this one’s for you! We’ll battle it out with acting challenges and comedic adventures. You’re perfectly cast for the starring role in your own life, now’s your chance to shine! Costumes, props, and scripts provided.
