Fiction Critique Group *RR

Whether you are drafting a short story or a novel, joining our Critique Group is a great opportunity to meet other writers and get constructive feedback in a supportive environment. Nutrition for Healthy Aging *RR

You cannot stop aging, but you can stay healthy. The first step toward good health in your senior years is to eat right. As we age, our bodies change — not only in how they look, but also in how they work. Town Nurse Traci Mello will talk about the changes and what steps you can take to maintain good health.

It can be tricky when cooking for one (or even two) to make the most of your ingredients and your time. Join Chef Liz Barbour of The Creative Feast for this fun and delicious cooking demonstration. Liz will help you fill your pantry with quick cooking, small batch ingredients that will be cost effective, healthy, and easy to prepare. Parkour for Balance and Agility *RR

Recommended for ages 40/50+
You may know parkour for its high-flying flips and big jumps. In this transformative course, we use parkour principles to help active aging adults become physically stronger and mentally confident. Learn how to avoid falls, or how best to fall if it happens, how to turn obstacles into opportunities and how to incorporate functional fitness into your everyday movements. How to Dress to Impress *RR

Join us for a fun and interactive styling session with wardrobe stylist Taylor Greeley. Taylor will help you learn how to “shop” your closet, how to dress best for your body type, and how to shop smart (and local!) for what you need to complete your wardrobe. Having a difficult time styling an item? Bring it along with your questions!

Parkour Generations Boston offers a taste of one of the world’s fastest growing sport for kids and adults! Learn to run, jump, climb, and overcome mental and physical challenges the parkour way. Classes are led by experienced ADAPT-certified coaches from Parkour Generations Boston, who have been teaching parkour in Greater Boston since 2012.
