POLICE LOG for January 16: Driver Ignores School Bus’s Stop Sign; Complaints Of Trash Left In Parking Lot

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, January 16, 2020:
  • A school bus driver reported a missing man hole cover on Lowell Street. Police notified Mass Highway. (7:51am)
  • Police conducted an ALICE drill at the High School. (8:20am)
  • A caller reported a white Range Rover passed a school bus with stop sign out at Floradale Avenue and Burlington Avenue. Caller wanted the incident logged. (8:37am)
  • Police notified Public Buildings that school zone lights near the Boutwell School. (9:04am)
  • A Main Street business owner reported finding bottles and used contraceptives in the parking lot. Owner asks for a check of the cars in the lot after hours. (4:06pm)
