WILMINGTON, MA — Below are 3 things to know in Wilmington on Monday, January 20, 2020:

#1) WHS Boys Hockey To Honor Local Military & Their Families

The WHS Varsity Boys Hockey team battles Pentucket on Monday, January 20, 2020 at 2pm at the Ristuccia Arena (190 Main Street).

The Wildcats will be honoring local military servicemen and servicewomen, plus their families, at the game.  The team will be collecting monetary donations and supply donations for the Wilmington-based Local Heroes.  (Suggested donations, which will be shipped to troops overseas, are listed on the flyer below.)  Proceeds from a 50/50 raffle will be donated to the organization.

#2) WHS Boys Hockey Fundraiser At Fuddruckers

On Monday, January 20, 2020, from 5pm to 8pm, Fuddruckers — inside Jordan’s Furniture in Reading — will donate 20% of your bill to the WHS Boys Hockey Team.  So, take a break from cooking, skip the dishes, and eat out to support the Wildcats.

Make sure to print out the voucher below and present it to the cashier upon payment.

#3) Town Offices & Schools CLOSED For MLK Day

Town Hall, the Library, and the Senior Center are CLOSED, as are Wilmington’s schools. Trash and recycling are delayed by a day this week.
