WILMINGTON, MA — Help your child learn chess or advance their game while meeting friends at the new Wilmington Youth Chess Club!
The chess club, for ages 7 to 18, is free and will meet bi-monthly on Thursday evenings from 6pm to 7:30pm at the Wilmington United Methodist Church (87 Church Street) in its Coffee Room.
All skill levels are welcome. Chess boards and snacks will be provided. Adult volunteers will be available to teach beginners. A parent/guardian must accompany participants at all times.
The first three meetings are scheduled for Thursday, January 16; Thursday, January 30; and Thursday, February 20. Join the Facebook event HERE.
