WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Health Department is hosting a Flu Clinic for residents, ages 5 to 65, on Monday, December 30, 2019, from 2:30pm to 5:30pm, at Wilmington Town Hall (121 Glen Road).
Here is what you need to know about the flu clinic:
- Register in advance HERE.
- Free of Charge.
- Only injectable vaccines will be available. No high dose will be available.
- Remember to bring your insurance cards.
- Vaccine will be available even if you do not have insurance.
- Anyone with a fever should delay vaccination.
- All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
