POLICE LOG for December 15: Was It All A Dream?; Popular Christmas Light Display Causes Traffic

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Sunday, December 15, 2019:
  • A Chestnut Street resident reported hearing a female screaming for help. She believes someone may be in her house. Police responded and checked the inside and outside of the property. Call was unfounded. (3:21am)
  • An operator flagged down a police officer in the Lucci’s parking lot, pointing out that his vehicle’s door was hit by the door of the vehicle parked next to his. Both parties agreed to handle on their own. (12:49pm)
  • Police directed traffic on Concord Street due to vehicles observing Christmas lights. A large coach bus was advised not to drive down driveway. (5:29pm)
  • Police contacted DPW over a large downed tree on Marion Street. (6:08pm)
