- Gilberto D. Gomes (30, Burlington) was issued a summons for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle and Speeding. Gomes was pulled over on Main Street. (10:10am)
- Police issued a citation to a driver for failure to remove ice and snow from vehicle. (12:03pm)
- Daniel Hamilton (28, Beverly) was arrested for Assault & Battery on Someone Who Is 60+ Or Disabled and Possession Of An Open Container Of Alcohol In A Motor Vehicle. Police responded to report of two motorists arguing in the street on Judith Road. (4:30pm)
- A vehicle got stuck in the snow at Salem Street and Anthony Avenue. Vehicle towed. Police gave operator a ride. Police gave operator a written warning for speeding and verbal warning for no license in possession. (8:00pm)
- A clerk at Shell Gas Station on Main Street reported a man attempted to steal a wreath from the front of the store. When confronted, man threw the wreath in the clerk’s face, threatened him, and made racial comments. Clerk believed male may have been intoxicated. Man left prior to police arrival. Police advised clerk of no trespass order process. (11:45pm)
