Pair Of WHS Students Organize Collection Drive For Domestic Violence Victims

WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington High School students Abby Callahan and Macayla Deamelio have organized a Collection Drive for victims of domestic violence.

Residents are encouraged to drop off items in the marked boxes at Wilmington High School (159 Church Street), Wilmington United Methodist Church (87 Church Street), and UPS Wilmington (668 Main Street) now through January 4, 2020.

Requested items include toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, perfume, feminine products) and new clothing for women & children (underwear, bras, jackets, hats, gloves, scarves, & socks).

Financial donations are also accepted will be used to purchase these items. Donations can be venmo’ed to @Macayladeamelio.
