#1) Flags At Half-Staff For Fallen Wilmington Sailor

Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker has ordered that the United States of America flag and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts flag be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset at all state buildings on Tuesday, December 10, 2019, the day of interment, in honor of Master Chief Petty Officer Kenneth MacDonald, Jr., United States Navy, of Wilmington, Massachusetts, who died on November 24, 2019 in Hampton, VA.  Master Chief Petty Officer MacDonald, Jr. will be laid to rest at Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington, Massachusetts.

#2) Wilmington 8th Grade Strings Concert 

The 8th Grade Strings Concert will hold their Annual Winter Concert at 7pm in the Wilmington High School Auditorium.

#3) Creative Writing Skills Group At Wilmington Library

The Wilmington Memorial Library’s Creative Writing Skills Group is holding its monthly meeting at 7pm. Learn and apply creative writing tips, tools, and techniques shared by published authors and other writing experts. Open to all who want to improve their creative writing skills and get their work published.
