- A caller reported a tire was in the road on Route 129, near Exit 38 ramp. Police moved to side of road. Police notified DPW for pickup. (3:51pm)
- Christopher Duncombe (37, Wilmington) was arrested for OUI Liquor and Marked Lanes Violation. Duncombe struck a pole on Chestnut Street. (10:46pm)
