- A DPW employee reported a male was observed on DPW property taking pictures of the fuel tank construction. Employee asked him to leave. Employee requested extra patrols. (2:24pm)
- Shawn P. Lynch (53, Tewksbury) was arrested for OUI Liquor, Negligent Operation Of Motor Vehicle, Failure To Stop/Yield, and Marked Lanes Violation. A caller reported an erratic operator who drove over a lawn and traveled on the wrong side of the roadway. (6:11pm)
- John R. Mannion (63, Billerica) was arrested for OUI Liquor, Negligent Operation Of Motor Vehicle, and Marked Lanes Violation. A caller reported an erratic operator swerving on highway and not turning on headlights. Police pulled him over in front of Meineke on Main Street. (7:56pm)
