POLICE LOG for October 29: Rocket Bottles Shot From Vehicle; Trash Thrown On Lawn Every Morning

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Tuesday, October 29, 2019:
  • A 2-vehicle crash occurred at Main Street and Church Street. Both vehicles towed. Two females transported. (8:21am)
  • A King Street resident reported every morning around 5am, someone throws trash and cigarette waste on lawn. He stated it was a recurring issue. (8:55am)
  • A 2-vehicle crash occurred on Main Street. Verizon pole was bumped with no noticeable damage. No injuries reported. (10:19am)
  • A caller reported he observed the occupants of a vehicle shooting bottle rockets out of the passenger side window near the RMV. Police spoke with the occupants and sent them on their way. (12:27pm)
  • A Suncrest Avenue caller stated that a tractor trailer is attempting to turn around on his street and struck his mailbox. (12:54pm
  • A walk-in party reported being scammed on Facebook Marketplace. (2:38pm)
