Adult Events
Intro to iPads *RR
Tuesday, November 12, 10 am
Topics such as connecting to a new wireless network, what different gestures do, and borrowing e-books will be covered. Bring your iPad for hands-on experience.
Shutterfly for the Holidays *RR
Wednesday, November 13, 7 pm
Get a jump on the holidays! Assistant Children’s Librarian Victoria Oatis will show you how to use Shutterfly to turn your personal photos into gifts. Bring photos you would like to use on a flash drive.
Local History: Football Rivalry *RR
Thursday, November 14, 7 pm
This program will be held at the Tewksbury Library
Since 1935 the Wilmington and Tewksbury high school football teams have played each other in the annual Thanksgiving Day football game creating many memories along the way. Jamie Pote, longtime Wilmington/Tewksbury Town Crier Sports Editor, will moderate a panel discussion comprised of former athletic directors, coaches and players spanning several generations.
Poetry Circle *RR

Love poetry? The poetry circle is a great opportunity to meet other poets and get constructive feedback in a supportive environment. When registering, please provide your email address so you can receive an agenda and any prep materials in advance. Led by local writing enthusiast, Barbara Alevras.
Boston Typewriter Orchestra *RR

This is your chance to come and see and hear typewriters make music! Boston Typewriter Orchestra, or BTO, a Boston-based musical group summons the distinctive chirping noise of old manual typewriters to create catchy rhythms. Don’t miss this unique intergenerational event—appropriate for toddlers on up to the young at heart.

Join this book club to read books nominated for the Massachusetts Children’s Book Award so that you can vote along with other kids all across Massachusetts for the year’s best book. At each meeting we will discuss the book, eat a snack and do a fun activity. Pick up a copy of the book at the library. Grades 4-6
