WILMINGTON, MA — The Mass Effect football organization would like to officially announce Zachary Swale as the Director of Player Personnel.
Swale is originally from Taunton, MA but currently resides in Wilmington, MA. He was a multi-sport athlete at Bristol Plymouth Voc Tech HS. Following high school, Swale had a successful semi-pro career as a LB and DE for the Bay State Bucs, Southern New Hampshire Beavers, and Mill City Eagles.
Swale has always been a leader on and off the field. He has transitioned his knowledge of playing the game to the management side of football. He acted as the Assistant Manager of the Mill City Eagles semi-pro team in 2018. In the team’s 2019 season, Swale played the role of both General Manager and Defensive Line Coach.
Swale recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management. He looks to bring his leadership skills and deep knowledge of planning, organizing, directing, and budgeting sports organizations to the Mass Effect football organization. Swale looks forward to being involved in player recruitment, evaluation, and supporting all players during their time with the Mass Effect football team.
