New Chinese Restaurant — Lin Garden — Opens In Wilmington

WILMINGTON, MA — At last week’s Selectmen’s Meeting, the board unanimously approved the request of Lin Garden to obtain a common victulaer license.

The new restaurant is located in the former Jasmine Cuisine spot, at 35 Lowell Street, in the Colonial Park Mall.

Owner Hao Lin and his sister offered some brief remarks to the Selectmen before the vote.

“Lin Garden is a takeout restaurant for Chinese/Asian food. We hope to serve good food to everyone,” said Lin.

“I had a little takeout from there a couple of days ago… It was outstanding. The food was excellent. My family thought it was very, very good,” noted Selectman Mike McCoy.

Following positive recommendations from the Health Department and Building Inspector, Selectmen unanimously approved the restaurant’s necessary license.

According to the restaurant’s website, it is open 11am-10pm on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; 11am-11pm on Friday & Saturday; 12pm-9:30pm on Sunday; and closed on Monday.  The restaurant offers online ordering, delivery, and catering.
