WCTV News & Notes: Town Hall Forum With WHS Students & Superintendent Brand Filmed; Studio Tours Set For Oct. 23

The below announcement was submitted by Shaun Neville, Executive Director of Wilmington Community Television (WCTV):

WILMINGTON, MA — This Friday, WCTV heads to Wilmington High School for a special event: a Town Hall Forum with students and Superintendent Glenn Brand.

Dr. Brand and I had discussed this idea a few weeks back and we think it will be a great learning experience for not only the students in the room, but also the community as a whole.  Students have been busy over the past week coming up with questions.  The guidance has been to ask about school policy, personal experiences or something else related to student life at WHS.

Wilmington High School teacher Mike Maloney is working with students on questions and will moderate the forum. We hope to have the video on TV and posted to our website by Friday afternoon.
