WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights of the Wilmington Police Log for Friday, October 4, 2019:
- Police assisted with a motor vehicle lockout at the high school. (7:45am)
- Animal Control Officer retrieved a deceased hawk on Main Street. (7:52am)
- Police gave a verbal warning to a truck driver stuck in a residential neighborhood (Cunningham Street). Driver disobeyed DPW signs and instead followed his GPS. (9:21am)
- Program director at Milestone Group Home on High Street reported a missing juvenile. (3:44pm)
- A 2-vehicle crash occurred at the Shawsheen Elementary School. One injury noted. Both vehicles towed. (4:51pm)
- Police cleared 12-14 cars full of teens from the Fourth of July Building’s parking lot. (8:53pm)
- Police spoke with a large group of youths about their behavior in the old Rite Aid parking lot. (9:13pm)
