Below is a message from Town Manager Jeff Hull:
Unfortunately, due to ongoing technical issues with the Town’s phone system, departments excluding Police and Fire are unable to receive incoming calls. The School Department is not affected by this problem.
The Town’s IT Department is working with the vendors responsible for this problem to resolve it as soon as possible.
In the meantime, individuals needing to contact a Town department should go to the Town’s website (wilmingtonma.gov) where you will see a listing of departmental email addresses. You should direct your email to the address of the department you are seeking to contact. The email will be received by a representative from the department who will respond to you as soon as they are able. Town departments are able to make outgoing calls.
