Town Proposes New Rules & Regulations For Subdividing Land; Public Hearing Set For September 10

WILMINGTON, MA — The Department of Planning & Conservation, on behalf of the Wilmington Planning Board, presents amended Town of Wilmington Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land to be discussed at a public hearing at the Wilmington Planning Board meeting on September 10, 2019. The public hearing will be held at 7:30PM in Room 9 of the Town Hall, 121 Glen Road.

The draft Rules and Regulations include revised, modernized language and updates to design and construction specifications. Additional details are included in the draft, which is posted on the Department of Planning & Conservation page of the Town’s website.

    The Planning Board may create forms for the convenient administration of these Regulations.
    These forms are not part of these Regulations. Forms may be added or deleted and the content
    of the forms may be revised from time to time by administrative action of the Planning Board.

    forms must also be adopted under 81 Q, people have a right to see and comment on before implemented
